SPA TREATMENTS AND DAY PASSES

Spa Treatments and Day Passes are currently available only to guests who have an overnight reservation at the resort.

A Spa Treatment or Day Pass grants access to Spa Pools and all amenities on day of reservation only.

Due to overall demand, we are unable to guarantee availability on any specific day. We highly recommend making your spa reservation when you make your hotel room reservation. Weekend appointments should be booked three (3) to four (4) months in advance.

SPA RESERVATIONS

To book a treatment or day pass, please call The Omni Grove Park Inn reservations department at 1-800-438-5800, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.

Please inform your reservations representative if you are pregnant, nursing, under a physician’s care or have mobility difficulties.

SPA PRICING

Please see the Spa Menu for pricing. All prices, spa services and hours of operation are subject to change without notification. Holiday and peak pricing will vary.

SPA SERVICE CHARGE

For your convenience, a 22% service charge is automatically added to Spa Treatments and Spa Day Passes. The service charge will be distributed among the associates assisting you during your visit. Gratuities may be provided at your discretion.

CANCELLATION NOTICE

Spa Treatments and Day Passes are limited each day. Your scheduled Spa Treatments or Day Passes are reserved specifically for you. If you must change or cancel your reservation, please notify spa reservations at 800-438-5800 at least 24 hours prior to avoid full charge.

AGE REQUIREMENT

The Spa is available for guests 18 years of age and older. Please be prepared to present an ID upon request. If needed, please contact our Concierge desk (ext. 7005) for child care services.

TOURS

To protect the privacy of our guests, tours of the facility are not available. A viewing window is available for your convenience.

THE SPA BOUTIQUE

Take your spa experience home with a variety of skin, bath and beauty elixirs available in our Spa Boutique. You can also explore a host of intriguing gift ideas, including candles, teas, clothing, blankets, robes, gift baskets, and more.

Know Before You Go

Spa Treatment Arrival - You may check in to The Spa at any time during the day, however, in order to enhance your experience, we recommend you arrive at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a brief consultation form, change, receive a tour and relax. Arriving late will likely shorten your spa treatment, as we must end at the scheduled time so that we may honor the next guest’s appointment time. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Spa Day Pass Reservations - A Spa Day Pass grants access to Spa Pools and all amenities on the day of reservation only. Check-in for Spa Day Passes begins at 10:00 AM.

You will need to bring your swimsuit and sunglasses for our pool areas. Robes, slippers and towels are provided for all guests. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to The Spa, as we cannot guarantee the security of these items. Please be sure to bring your favorite book, magazine or journal as The Spa is a completely electronics free environment, which does include any and all e-readers.

We invite you to digitally detox during your visit. For this reason, The Spa is a completely electronics free environment. Please leave all electronics, including cell phones, cameras, iPads, e-readers, in your room or locker throughout your visit to The Spa. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Please speak softly or simply enjoy the silence in order to help us keep The Spa a sanctuary of relaxation and tranquility.

The Spa is a non-smoking facility and outside food and beverage is not permitted. Thank you for partnering with us to create the most healing, restorative and relaxing experience possible.

Enjoy healthy meal offerings at The Spa Café. Located adjacent to The Spa’s main entrance, The Spa Café is open for breakfast and lunch daily for all resort guests and visitors. Guests may dine either in The Spa Café or at the decorative outdoor waterfall. Spa guests may also enjoy pool service for lunch at our outdoor pool deck, weather permitting. Our menu features a delectable selection of refreshing fruit smoothies, fresh juices, artisan salads, specialty sandwiches, and other delightful treats to savor.
