RESERVATIONS
We recommend scheduling spa services prior to your visit for the widest selection of treatments and appointment times. Bookings made on the same day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on availability. When scheduling, please specify if you prefer a gender for your therapist. If you have any health concerns or are pregnant, there may be contraindications for some services. All appointments must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

We reserve the right to place a time limit on access to the spa amenities depending on reservation numbers for the day.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
As a courtesy to other guests and our staff, cancellations and time changes for Spa treatment and Day Passes must be received at least 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid full cost.

OUTDOOR WHIRLPOOL
Idlewild Spa offers an outdoor whirlpool for spa guests. Please note, the whirlpool will close during cold weather for guest safety.

SPA SERVICE CHARGE
A 22% service charge is automatically added to spa treatments and spa day passes on your bill.

WHAT TO BRING
Bring your bathing suit for our aqua lounges. Robes, slippers and towels are provided. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa, as we cannot guarantee the security of these items.

DAY PASSES
Due to availability Spa Day passes may not be available for purchase. A Spa Day Pass grants access to spa amenities on the day of reservation only. Check in for day passes begins at 10 AM.

We reserve the right to place a time limit on access to the spa amenities depending on reservation numbers for the day.

SPA ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
For enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow time to enjoy the sauna, steam room, and aqua areas. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Nail services do not have access to the spa amenities. For spa access, an additional $30 fee will be added at the time of checkout. Must mention at the time of booking for spa access.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age requirement to utilize the spa facilities and receive massages, facials or body treatments is 18 years of age. Spa facilities including locker rooms, aqua lounges, outdoor whirlpool and relaxation areas. Please be prepared to present ID upon request. 

SPEAK SOFTLY. NO CELL PHONES, PLEASE.
Idlewild Spa offers the rare opportunity to relax in a calm, quiet environment with little disruption or distraction. Please help us maintain this peaceful atmosphere by turning off your cell phones and electronics and by speaking softly. The spa is a non-smoking facility and outside food and beverage are not allowed. Thank you for partnering with us to create the most healing, restorative and relaxing experience possible.

Idlewild Spa reserves the right to ask guests to leave if this policy is not adhered to.

To continue your treatment benefits, a comprehensive offering of home care products, including those recommended by your therapist, are available in the lobby of the spa.

PLAN YOUR NEXT EVENT
Idlewild Spa at Omni Viking Lakes Hotel is now available for group buyouts. Costs for use of the spa facility are as follows: $10,000 for an all-day event and $6000 for a half-day event (4 hours). For more information, please email us at idlewildspa@omnihotels.com or call (651) 689 9860.
