Current Conditions
Skiing and snowboarding
Designed to provide comfortable and gentle terrain, our teaching area allows new skiers and snowboarders to prepare for an easy transition to our beginner-friendly lower trail or the main lift. Advanced skiers and snowboarders can take to our intermediate trails The Glades, Escape, and Upper Main, while the most seasoned can test their skills on the Nose Dive or The Chute. Expert grooming and state-of-the-art snow-making equipment ensure your Virginia skiing experience will be nothing but perfect on the slopes at The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa.

Payment for all resort charges, such as dining, shop purchases and activity fees, will be to your guest room folio or credit card. The Omni Homestead Resort's & Spa restaurants, bars, retail shops and amenities, with the exception of Kober's, no longer accept cash.
Group Discounts:
The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa offers special group discounts for groups of 15 or more skiers. To learn more about our special rates and ski packages for groups, contact James DeBoe ([email protected]).

Book your lift tickets
IMPORTANT: Your lift ticket and rental equipment are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa does not assume any responsibility for lost lift passes. No replacements. Everyone must have a valid lift ticket at all times to enter any slope system. No grace period at the ski area. Management reserves the right to revoke tickets for misconduct. All prices and policies subject to change without notice.
Our ski lift equipment requires routine maintenance. Although every precaution is taken; in rare cases, grease may drip from lift equipment. The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa is not responsible for grease on clothing or equipment. This is an inherent risk of the sport. The speed of ski lifts may be reduced due to wind or other factors.
Snow Sports Schools
We're proud to offer the Rossignol Experience Center featuring Rossignol's award-winning experience skis with Auto Turn Rocker and the latest ski innovations. This provides skiers of all ages and abilities with more versatility, ease-of-use and progressive all-mountain performance than ever before. Beginner to advanced skiers will benefit from the unique combination of our Sepp Kober Ski School and Rossignol Experience Center.
Home to the Sepp Kober Ski School, our Hot Springs ski resort maintains an experienced team of ski and snowboard instructors who offer all levels of lessons for guests four years of age and older, including specialty ski and snowboard clinics. Suggested dress for snow sports includes layers, gloves, a hat and goggles or sunglasses. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled lesson. Private lessons are available. Advance reservations are required.
Little Penguins Program
Introduce your little ones to skiing with our Little Penguins Program open to kids ages 5–11. Our staff is focused on providing a safe learning experience while ensuring your children have the time of their lives. Each Little Penguins ski session operates from 9 AM - Noon, Thursday - Sunday. The package includes a lift ticket and rental. Suggested dress for snow sports includes layers, gloves, a hat and goggles or sunglasses. Helmets are required. Advance reservations are required.
