Little chocolatiers step behind the counter at Omni Bedford Springs Resort’s pastry kitchen, where Executive Pastry Chef Harshal shares the delicious art of cocoa bombs. First, kids fill premium chocolate shells with cocoa mix, marshmallows and more. After they’re sealed shut by the Omni pastry team, Chef Harshal will share tips for decorating each bomb with shimmering sprinkles, edible glitter and an array of sweets. Children take home three festive cocoa bombs to sip—and holiday memories to treasure.

ʼTis the season to celebrate! Join us as we kick off our annual tradition with the lighting of our holiday tree in front of the resort and a day filled with themed activities for everyone to enjoy. Mr. Claus will make his first appearance of the year, carolers will stroll the property and special performances will set the event in motion.
