In 1905, Bedford Springs Resort debuted one of the first indoor pools in the United States. Once upon a time, musicians would serenade the swimmers from an elevated opera box, and legend has it that daring sons of visiting dignitaries would plunge into the two-story pool from its upper level. Now you can experience this sparkling gem, fully restored to its lavish beauty. Simply dip into the peaceful waters and relax. 

Indoor Pool Hours | 5 AM - 10:30 PM Daily

We would like to inform our valued guests that our historic indoor pool will be closed for essential repairs from October 20 to November 26. This pool is one of the few remaining of its kind, and we are committed to preserving its unique structure and historic elements. These repairs are necessary to maintain its integrity for future enjoyment. We appreciate your understanding as we work to protect this cherished part of our property.

Outdoor Pool

During warmer months, unwind in our alluring outdoor pool and whirlpool overlooking the lush Alleghany Mountains. The outdoor pool is a refreshing escape for visitors of all ages. Enjoy treats and fresh drinks made pool side from the Turtle Shell (closed after Labor Day.) Cabana rentals are available at the outdoor pool (closed after Labor Day.).
