Is The Omni Grove Park Inn open?

The Golf Course and the Sports Complex are open as of Friday, October 25. The Spa will reopen as of Friday, November 8, while the hotel remains temporarily closed. Significant progress has been made in bringing back power and internet, with water service partially restored. Our team is actively addressing minor flooding, and working to restore the area. We are deeply grateful to our associates, partners, and first responders for their support during this time. Our priority is to reopen the hotel safely and as quickly as possible so we can welcome you back soon.

Is The Spa at The Omni Grove Park Inn open?

The Spa will reopen as of Friday, November 8. The Spa boutique will be open, while the Spa Café will remain temporarily closed. To book a Spa treatment or day pass, call our reservations department at 1-888-444-6664. When traveling to the property for your Spa reservation, please plan to park in the Vanderbilt Wing. Level 4 is recommended for ease of access to The Spa.

As a heartfelt thank you to those who have been at the forefront of Asheville’s recovery, the resort will be offering special discounts to first responders and valued state residents, from Friday, November 8 to Friday, November 15. An overnight stay is not required to access these exclusive discounts on spa treatments and spa day passes during this period, allowing North Carolina residents and local heroes to indulge in some well-deserved relaxation.

· 50% off any treatment or day pass for first responders in North Carolina, including those involved in power restoration, internet restoration, search and rescue, evacuation assistance, public safety and emergency medical services. *Must show I.D. badge

How are your employees doing after the hurricane? 

Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees. The Omni Associate Services Team has established an employee hotline, providing essential resources and support to our associates during this time. For family members who have not yet been able to reach their loved ones, please contact us by emailing [email protected] and we will do our utmost to pass along your messages to the respective associate.

What is the status of my upcoming room reservation? 

An Omni representative will contact guests about their future reservations to reconfirm travel dates and make alternative arrangements. Reservations booked from now until through November 14, 2024 are cancelled without penalty. If your reservation required pre-payment, you will receive a full refund within the next 14 business days to your original method of payment..

What does this mean for The National Gingerbread House Competition? 

The 32nd Annual National Gingerbread House Competition has been cancelled. There will not be a traditional Gingerbread house display in 2024. For those planning to visit the property during the holiday season, guests can expect to be greeted by holiday décor setup throughout the hotel. Learn More.
