What is the condition of The Omni Grove Park Inn following Hurricane Helene?

The hotel is temporarily closed. It is without water and power, with some limited flooding on the property. Our team is working tirelessly alongside our partners to clear debris from the golf course and restore the area. We are committed to getting our operations back to full functionality as quickly and safely as possible to reopen and welcome you again soon.

How are your employees doing after the hurricane? 

Our top priority isthe safety and well-being of our employees. The Omni Associate Services Team has established an employee hotline, providing essential resources and support to our associates during this time. For family members who have not yet been able to reach their loved ones, please contact us by emailing [email protected] and we will do our utmost to pass along your messages to the respective associate.

What is the status of my upcoming room reservation? 

An Omni representative will contact guests about their future reservations to reconfirm travel dates and make alternative arrangements.  Reservations booked from now until October 11 are cancelled without penalty. If your reservation required pre-payment, you will receive a full refund within the next 14 business days to your original method of payment.
