OUR SPA FACILITIES
We welcome you to our luxurious Mokara Spa for a relaxing and reviving treatment in a peaceful and contemporary setting. Browse our boutique of spa related items in the foyer for that perfect item for yourself or a friend. This exclusive setting includes private men’s and women’s relaxing lounges and fully stocked locker rooms. Each locker room contains a dry sauna and steam room perfect for enjoying prior to your planned treatment of 50-minutes or longer. Spa guests may enjoy a refreshing dip in our luxurious zero-edge pool and delight in refreshing beverages and lunch. Hotel guests who do not have a spa appointment may use the spa amenities with a purchased day pass for $25.

Walk-ins are welcome; however, we recommend scheduling services at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Use of spa facilities are included with treatment purchase. Day pass is required for use of facilities
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your first treatment. In order to honor each guest’s experience, late arrivals will only receive the time remaining on their treatments.
We kindly request that you give us 24 hours’ advance notice on any service cancellation or change. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the treatment price. “No shows” will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
A 24% service charge will automatically be added to your spa and salon treatment prices. Package pricing includes a 24% service charge for your convenience. Additional gratuities are accepted for exceptional service.
We offer seasonal specials which vary from month to month. Please contact a spa receptionist for additional details regarding our specials.
We welcome those 18 years or older. Hair & nail salon services are available for children ages 5 – 17 and must be accompanied by an adult during their service. Please note, children under age 18 will not be permitted access to the locker rooms, fitness, or wet areas of the spa.
