Taste the flavors of Spain at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia. A welcome reception with seasonal sangria, Spanish music and dynamic flamenco dancing sets the scene. Then gather in our private Chef’s Kitchen for a multi-course menu inspired by regional Spanish cuisine, plus Iberian wine and cocktail pairings. Chef Herve Cuyeu will be your guide—this Bordeaux native has a passion for Spanish flavors, as they remind him of his Southern French roots.
