Reservations
Reservations can be made by calling 760-438-9111 extension 4. The Spa at La Costa is open to resort guests, members and the public. We recommend scheduling services at least three weeks in advance of your visit for availability purposes. Bookings made on the same day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on availability. When scheduling, please specify if you prefer a gender for your therapist. If you have any health concerns or are pregnant, there may be contraindications for some services. All appointments must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Prices and services are subject to change.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Your treatments are reserved specifically for you. If you must change or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa directly at least 24 hours in advance of the treatment time to avoid being charged. For a cancellation with less than a 24-hour notification or no-show appointment, the full treatment amount will be charged.
Spa Arrival and Check-In
In order to enhance your experience, we recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a brief consultation form, change and relax. Arriving late will likely shorten your spa treatment, as we must end at the scheduled time so that we may honor the next guest’s appointment time. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement to utilize the spa facilities and receive massages, facials or body treatments is 18 years of age.
The Spa Experience
Upon arrival you will be provided with a robe and slippers and escorted to our guest locker rooms. Experience a variety of amenities including: dry sauna, indoor whirlpool, steam room, relaxation room and co-ed lounge. The Spa Courtyard offers a serene environment for spa guests to enjoy a private pool, whirlpool and Roman showers. Spa amenities are accessible on the day of your scheduled spa treatment.
Day Passes
In order to maintain a peaceful environment for our spa guests with confirmed reservations, a very limited number of day passes are available at this time. Visit ResortPass to check availability and book.
Cell Phone Policy
The Spa at La Costa offers the rare opportunity to relax in a calm, quiet environment with little disruption or distraction. Please help us maintain this peaceful atmosphere by turning off your cell phones and electronics and by speaking softly.
Spa Café
Discover tranquility when dining alfresco at the casual Spa Café, open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our garden courtyard eatery offers an appealing array of satisfying and nutritious culinary delights prepared by skillful resort chefs. Receive the cool coastal breeze as you relish in a selection of smoothies, light entrées, desserts, Bellinis or glass of wine.
Spa Boutique
To continue your treatment benefits, a comprehensive offering of home care products, including those recommended by your therapist, are available in the spa boutique. We feature skincare lines such as Kypris, OSEA, Eminence, Knesko, SpaRitual and Davines. The boutique also features jewelry and fashion attire from Spiritual Gangster, Lululemon, Splendid, Beyond Yoga and more. If you are unable to carry your purchase in your luggage, we can arrange for it to be sent via courier to your desired destination upon your request.

Gratuity
For your convenience, a 20 percent gratuity on your total cost of services will be automatically added to your bill at check-out.
