Florida Tax Exempt

1. A Valid FL Tax Exempt Form (verify expiration date is still valid)
2. A copy of the form of payment that matches the tax exempt form

** If a credit card authorization has been sent in on your behalf, that is not sufficient for tax exemption. You must have the above two items.

Once we have the tax exemption certificate and the copy of the form of payment, we will be able to process payment for room charges and send you an invoice if needed.
