Cancellation Policy 

There is a 24-hour cancellation notice requirement at the Spa. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the Spa at least 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. Same-day cancellations will result in being charged for the full amount of the service excluding the 22% service charge.

Service Charge - To ensure a seamless spa experience, a 22% service charge will be added to your services and packages.

Spa Essentials

• Water, wine and herbal tea is provided for your enjoyment.
• Closed New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
