Early Departure Fee Policy

An early departure fee of one night’s stay will be charged if the guest does not inform us at check-in of the departure date change.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with a valid photo ID to rent a room.

Destination Charge

A $25 per room daily fee will be added to the daily room rate. This fee allows guests to enjoy many services and amenities without having to incur miscellaneous charges. The Omni Chicago Hotel destination charge includes the following (exclusive of taxes):

  • Premier In-Room Wi-Fi
  • $15 Food and Beverage Credit
  • Bottled water upon request at the Front Desk
  • Local & Toll Free Phone Calls
  • One Complimentary rollaway, per stay upon request
  • Digital Wall Street Journal
  • Complimentary Microwave, upon request
  • $10 Laundry/Dry Cleaning Credit
  • Access to SG Ambassador

Credit Card Policy

A credit card is required for check-in. If a guest plans to use a third-party credit card, a credit card authorization form must be on file with the front desk.

Children's Ages

Individuals 17 years old and younger are considered children at Omni Chicago Hotel. 

Debit Card Payment Policy

The use of a debit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your bank account will occur when you check-in. The charges that will be immediately deducted from your account are your full night’s stay charge plus an additional $100 per night for any incidentals. Upon checkout, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer to process this transaction to your account.

Good Night's Rest Policy

Omni Chicago Hotel enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests. Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest room elevators or guest rooms after 10:30 PM. All guests must be registered at check-in. If a disturbance is created, as a result of a party or noise from a guest room, all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel, without a refund.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 25 lbs. and cats are accepted at Omni Chicago Hotel if a valid credit card is on file. The guest will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet. Each room with a pet will be charged a cleaning fee of $125 per stay. If you have more than one pet, please contact the hotel directly to discuss. The pet must be placed in a carrier when housekeeping, mini-bar staff, or engineering enters the room. In the event where a dog begins to bark or is the cause of guest complaints, the guest will be asked to remove the pet.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and interior public space is 100 percent smoke-free. It is up to the discretion of the hotel on how much a guest will be charged for smoking on property.

Wellness Policy

Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk.  Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence.  If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.
