Spa Policies

Age Requirement

In order to preserve the sanctity of your Spa experience, Spa services and facility usage is limited to guests who are at least 16 years of age. Salon Services for hair or nails may be booked for younger guests when accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Notice

As a courtesy to other guests and staff, cancellations and time changes must be received at least 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid full cost. For parties of three or more, we request 72 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments to avoid being charged in full.

Safety

Please be sure to inform your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions or any ailment that may prohibit your taking heat, massage or skin care therapies. We highly discourage excessive alcohol consumption prior to, during or immediately following spa treatments. Please avoid immediate sun exposure following skin care therapy. We discourage shaving immediately prior to treatments.

Service Charge

A 20% service charge is automatically applied to all services and packages.

Spa Day Pass

In order to preserve the serenity of your Spa experience, full-day use of our facilities is included with all massages, facials and body treatments at no additional charge, and can be added to Salon Services for a reduced fee. We welcome you to come and go as you’d like throughout the entire day of your service to maximize your Spa experience. Day use of our facilities without a service cannot be reserved in advance, as it is offered for purchase based on Spa occupancy, and therefore subject to availability. As a general rule, day use of our facilities without a service cannot be purchased on Saturdays or during holiday periods.

What to Bring

Robes, slippers and towels are provided for all guests. Although the steam room and sauna are clothing optional, swimsuits are required for the coed, outdoor whirlpool. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the Spa, as we cannot guarantee the security of these items.

Spa Etiquette

In order to ensure the tranquility of our Spa for all of our guests, food and beverage will be served only in our co-ed lounge, Snowberry Outdoor lounge or Image Center. We also ask that these areas be used for any conversations above a whisper. In the case of an unexpected phone call, our front lobby can be used for cell phone conversations. Once the Spa is entered, please let the outside world go and mute all electronics. The Spa is a non-smoking facility and outside food and beverage is not permitted.

Check-In

We recommend that you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your first treatment, to allow enough time to familiarize yourself with all the facilities we offer and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service, and as a courtesy to all our guests, all appointments end on time regardless of the start time.

Packages

Guests will receive a 10% discount on services and retail products. All packages need to be booked on the same day to receive discounts.

Groups

Enjoy a unique spa experience with friends or family members. For your convenience, we offer a spa group coordinator for parties of five or more guests. Let us plan the perfect spa day, bridal shower, or party. In addition, our full-time spa wedding coordinator will help you plan the day or weekend.

Refreshments
Complimentary hot and cold beverages are provided in The Spa relaxation lounges. We offer a light spa food menu, as well as beer, wine and champagne cocktails for our guests who are 21 years of age and older. Outside food and beverage is not permitted within the Spa. Our group or wedding coordinator will be happy to make arrangements in advance for an array of special food and beverage offerings.
