The cocktail menu offers whimsical interpretations of the classic holiday song “The Twelve Days of Christmas”

Omni Hotels & Resorts’ new holiday cocktail menu takes inspiration from the lyrics of the beloved holiday song “The Twelve Days of Christmas.” From November 17 through December 31, Omni properties nationwide will offer guests the “
12 Drinks of Christmas” featuring festive beverages that pay homage to the 12 gifts “my true love gave to me.”
“This season, we are excited to help create holiday memories through elevated, yet familiar cocktail offerings, which reflect the spirit of the season,” said Stephen Rosenstock, executive vice president of operations at Omni Hotels & Resorts. “Surprise and delight elements, like this promotion, are a key part of the Omni guest experience. This is just one of many ways we stand out among the competition.”
The menu, which features 11 holiday-inspired cocktails and one sparkling wine includes a Partridge in a Pear Tree, a hot mulled Pinot Noir with spiced pear purée, a variety of warm spices and citrus, and topped with a swizzle stick for a touch of sweetness; Four Calling Birds, an indulgent eggnog recipe made with Omni’s own figgy pudding purée, spiced rum and Kahlúa, and adorned with a vibrant feather; and Eight Maids A-Milking, made with vodka, Irish cream and house made cereal milk served in a milk bottle and garnished with eggnog whipped cream. The true stunner is the Five Golden Rings, a bourbon cocktail mixed with zesty ginger liqueur, which is ringed with gold sugar containing real gold flakes.
A select few cocktails have also been made kid-friendly for the whole family to join in on the festivities. Non-alcoholic versions of the Three French Hens with club soda, oranges, basil and cinnamon and Six Geese A-Laying with spiced peach purée, raspberries and ginger are available, offering delicious holiday sips to all.
