The 2,500 square-foot outdoor herb garden includes citrus trees and herbs such as sage, rosemary, basil, cilantro and a variety of exotic mints. Seasonal plantings in the garden bear summer squashes, heirloom tomatoes and fall root vegetables and are utilized in the guest dining experiences.
