WILLIAM PENN BALLROOM
This space is brilliantly illuminated with 10 sparkling chandeliers. Brides and grooms make their entrance above the ballroom and gracefully ascend from stairs on both sides. 350 guests for ceremony and reception.
BOB AND DOLORES HOPE
This intimate space is accented by a carved plaster caste ceiling and mahogany walls, surrounded by floor to ceiling windows. Guests enter the ballroom from a beautiful stone balcony. 150 for ceremony and reception.
GRAND BALLROOM
Western Pennsylvania’s only two-tiered ballroom. Gilded gold-leaf balcony and accents. Three baccarat crystal chandeliers. Brides and grooms make their grand entrance from the balcony to greet their guests…like royalty. 500 guests for ceremony and reception.
URBAN
Dramatically designed by the famed Joseph Urban circa 1929, this art deco space is surrounded by black Carrera glass and marble. Beautifully appointed murals grace the walls, culminating in a circular mural 25 feet above guests. It’s a step back in time, with modern touches. 225 guests for ceremony and reception

We held our daughter's wedding reception at the William Penn and could not have been happier with how it all turned out. Omni William Penn Hotel provides audio visual equipment as well as six on-site food and beverage options.
Please contact the Sales Department at 412-553-5000 to sign a contract for your wedding.
Your guests can call the 800 number provided in the contract or reserve their rooms online via the dedicated group link the Hotel can set up for your group.
20% of anticipated bill at signing of contract. 50% of remaining balance 5 months later. 50% of remaining balance 5 months later / Any remaining balance 2-weeks prior to wedding.
No, all food & beverage for your event must be provided by Omni William Penn Hotel.
The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates.
