We offer 20,000 square-feet of event space set across 22 rooms and 36,000 square-feet of outdoor space for alfresco gatherings. With state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and a dedicated team to configure the room to your preferences, there’s no better place to host your event. During downtime, attendees can take a dip in our pools, try their hand at archery, network on our restored 18-hole golf course, or enjoy team building exercises accompanied by cocktails and s’mores around the fire pit.

    Bedford County Airport (HMZ) is 4 miles from Bedford Springs Resort & Spa and serves private aircraft only.
  • Omni Bedford Springs Resort can host anywhere up to 316 attendees at one time.
  • A Rooming List can be provided, Individuals may call in or a Personalized Webpage can be created by our team to direct your guests to your group rate.
  • The largest ballroom at Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is Colonnade Ballroom with 4,802 sq ft of flexible meeting space.

The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates.
