Ingredients
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Light Brown Sugar
- 1 1/3 c. Peanut Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 1/3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 c. Butterscotch Chips
Directions
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars.
- Mix in peanut butter
- Add eggs one at a time
- Add vanilla
- In a separate bowl mix dry flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder
- Add dry ingredients to butter mixture, mixture along with the butterscotch chips, mix until just combined
- Scoop onto a parchment-lined sheet pan
- Bake at 330 for 14-16 minutes
