Your Select Guest® Status is determined by your Tier Dollars earned each calendar year. Tier Dollars include charges on room rate, food and beverage, spa, golf, retail, recreation and more, as long as it is charged to your room. You will earn higher Status based on your annual Tier Dollars:

Champion: $4,000+

Once you join Select Guest®, you can log in to our website to view your account at any time. Simply click “Select Guest” at the top right of any page on OmniHotels.com. 

For lost or forgotten passwords, click the “Forgot password” link on the sign in page. Then simply follow the prompts to get your password emailed to you.

When you check out, your spend will be converted into US Dollars (USD) at the current exchange rate. Your Omni Credits and Tier Dollars will be calculated based on this USD value.

Select Guest® Status is earned annually through Tier Dollars. Tier Dollars earned in a calendar year will determine the Select Guest® Status for the remaining part of that year plus the following year. Qualifying spend towards Tier Dollars includes room rate, resort/destination service charges, food and beverage, retail, spa, golf and activities charged to the Member’s room folio. Qualifying spend towards Tier Dollars includes room rate, resort/destination service charges, food and beverage, retail, spa, golf and activities charged to the Member’s room folio.

Tier Dollars are rounded down to the nearest dollar (e.g. $247.41 in qualifying spend would be rounded down to $247 Tier Dollars)

Qualifying Stays

One “Qualifying Stay” is a stay of one or more consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, during which a Qualifying Member pays a Qualifying Rate for at least one night during the stay. If a Select Guest® member is not named on the reservation prior to departing the hotel, the stay is not a Qualifying Stay. Stays prior to twelve months from today are not Qualifying Stays. Villas of Amelia Island Plantation, The Lodge at Bretton Woods, and Townhomes at Bretton Woods do not participate in the Select Guest® program, therefore stays at these brands are not considered a Qualifying Stay. Stays not eligible to receive program benefits include but are not limited to those booked through an online travel website (e.g. Hotwire, Priceline, Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Travelocity, or Orbitz), traditional wholesale rates, or airline rates.

Qualifying Rates

A “Qualifying Rate” is a rate available to the general public for such night, but specifically does not include the following rates: (1) tours series rates and charter rates (2) room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline or directly; (3) travel industry staff rates; (4) any employee rates, employee family or employee friends’ discount rates; (5) other discounted rates; (6) any complimentary, free, traded or bartered night stays, or any stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers; and (7) bookings made through an online travel Web site (e.g., Hotwire, Priceline, Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Travelocity or Orbitz). Omni Hotels & Resorts shall determine if a rate is a Qualifying Rate in its sole discretion.

Qualifying Members

A “Qualifying Member” is a registered Select Guest® member whose name appears on the room reservation and is the overnight guest staying on property. Associations, corporations and groups are not Qualifying Members. If a Qualifying Member reserves and pays for more than one room, Free Night awards are earned on a maximum of two rooms during such stay. Free Night awards may not be transferred from one Member to another. Only one member per room, per stay may receive credit. If two or more members occupy the same room, credits will be awarded only to the Member whose name appears on the room reservation. If more than one name is on a single room reservation, awards will be credited to the Member whose name appears first. Members who have any past due balance owing to Omni Hotels & Resorts forfeit any awards earned. Employees of Omni Hotels & Resorts and its affiliates are not eligible to earn free night awards.

Omni Credits are earned in two ways.

1. Omni Credits are earned based on the number of Qualifying Nights stayed and your Select Guest® Status at the time of your stay. Select Guest® Members and Insiders earn 5 Omni Credits for each qualifying night they stay. Select Guest® Champions and Icons earn 10 Omni Credits each qualifying night they stay.

2. Earn Omni Credits through qualifying purchases beyond your room such as food and beverage, spa, golf, retail and more. For every $100 you spend in purchases beyond your room, you receive 1 additional Omni Credit. Select Guest® Icons earn 2 additional Omni Credits for every $100 of purchases beyond your room. Room rates, taxes, fees and gratuities will not count toward additional Omni Credits.

We calculate Omni Credits based on your total spend beyond your room at the end of your stay. So if you spend $50 at a restaurant and $50 at the spa, your total spend beyond your room will be $100 and you will earn 1 Omni Credit.

We award 1 Omni Credit per $100 spent. If your total spend does not reach an increment of $100, it will not count towards partial Omni Credits. For example, a Select Guest® Member will earn 1 Omni Credit after spending between $100 and $199 beyond their room. However, as soon as they spend $200 beyond their room, they will earn 2 Omni Credits.

However, you will still earn Tier Dollars for every dollar spent beyond your room.

There’s no complicated award chart or redemption formula—just a simple way to reward you for your loyalty. And we’ll waive Resort Service Charges and Destination Fees when you redeem your Free Nights.

We gave our Select Guests a faster path to earning Free Nights and Select Guest Status. In addition to rewarding Select Guests for every night stayed at an Omni Hotel or Resort, we began to reward them for taking advantage of our on-property experiences.  Now, we also reward Select Guests for placing charges on their guest room, including dining, golf, spa, retail, recreation and more.

By rewarding you for your whole stay, you will be able to earn Free Nights and Select Guest Status faster than ever before.

All of the Award Credits you earned prior to January 2024 were converted into Omni Credits at a rate of 1 Award Credit = 5 Omni Credits. This conversion rate ensured that the spending power of your existing credits towards a Free Night remained unchanged.

Previously, 20 Award Credits could be redeemed for a Free Night. Under the new program, 100 Omni Credits can be redeemed for a Free Night. A Select Guest with 20 Award Credits (i.e., enough for 1 Free Night) now has 100 Omni Credits following the conversion (also enough for 1 Free Night).  

We honored the Select Guest Status that you earned based on your activity in 2023 at an equivalent level in the new program. This new Status will be valid for the entirety of 2024.
