Our thoughtfully designed meeting rooms cater to large conferences, keynote speeches and regional meetings. They include two welcoming ballrooms, hosting between 180-360 attendees each, along with smaller rooms and foyers for pre or post-meeting refreshments. Our event managers can assist with catering, video conferencing and guest accommodations for attendees, leaving you free to focus on the business at hand.

Hotel Omni Mont-Royal puts guests in the heart of all the action in Montreal. Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport is 11.7 miles/18.8 km and approximately 20-30 minutes from the hotel. 

Omni Mont-Royal can host anywhere up to 480 attendees.

Your guests can call the 800 number provided in the contract or reserve their rooms online via the dedicated group link the Hotel can set up for your group.

The largest ballroom at Omni Mont-Royal Hotel is Saisons Ballroom with 4,410 sq ft of flexible meeting space.

Modified space options for social distancing where required by local government or upon request. Social distancing signage is available upon request to help event spacing in high-traffic areas and encourage proper distancing.
