Important Information About Your Membership

Membership Renewal
Omni Hotels Select Guest membership is automatically renewed every two years with at least one stay at Omni Hotels in the previous 24-month period.  Omni Hotels Gold membership is renewed every two years with at least six stays at Omni Hotels in the previous 24-month period.

Guaranteed Room Availability for Gold Members
Omni Hotels will guarantee room availability when you call within 24 hours of arrival date.  Certain blackout dates will apply for special events.

Affiliated Hotels
Affiliated hotels do not offer Select Guest benefits and privileges, including the Watermark Hotel & Spa.

Structure and Duration of Program
Omni Hotels reserves the right to alter, modify or discontinue this program at any time.
